Don’t see your plan in our coverage lookup? Send us your formulary, summary of benefits, or denial letter and we’ll add it. No account required, and we’ll only email you back if we have a question about the document.
What helps us most
- Plan formularies — the drug list your insurer publishes, ideally for the current year. Often labeled “PDL” or “Drug List.”
- Summary of benefits (SBC) — the standardized form your employer or marketplace gives you when you enroll.
- Prior-authorization criteria — the medical-policy PDF your plan uses to decide Wegovy, Zepbound, or other obesity-medication PA requests.
- A denial or approval letter — even one page tells us what your plan’s policy actually does in practice.
How we handle what you send
- We store your document on our secure server and review it by hand before it informs the public coverage database.
- We never share documents with anyone outside Victura Health and we strip identifying details before quoting policy text.
- If you’d rather email us directly, write to hello@victurahealth.com and attach the file there.
